Rates

Includes one photographer for the hired shoot time, minimal digital editing of select images, high resolution CD with all usable images and online proof album. Average of 40 - 60 images per hour with approximately 80% in color and 20% edited with some in black & white or special effects. Print rights are also included so clients may take the CD and get prints printed anywhere they want on their own.

Weddings

Weekday Special: M-F, 9am to 3pm: Up to one and a half hours -- $247
Evenings, Weekends & Holidays - Up to the first hour and a half -- $347
Each additional hour after the first 90 minutes -- $197/hour
Each additional half hour after the first 90 minutes -- $100/half hour.
All Day up to 8 hours -- $1200 (Save over $200!)

We have never had an hour long wedding photography shoot actually go an hour so our minimum time for a wedding is an hour and a half (90 minutes). Thank you for your understanding.

Boudoir

Shoots that we have permission to use in our portfolio (online & print) $150 per hour
Shoots that we cannot use in our public portfolio (private & restricted) $250 per hour

Portraits

30 Minute Shoot Time at a nearby location $97
60 Minute Shoot Time at a nearby location $197
On island travel fees will be charged for any portrait session more than 4 miles or 15 minute drive from our office.

Prints, Albums, CD & DVD

All photography services include the shoot time, digital editing of a limited number of images, one high resolution CD with the images and an online viewing area of the proofs. Complete print rights are provided so client can take the CD anywhere they want and get prints done on their own. Clients do not have to purchase prints from us but may if they chose. Everything else is additional.

Prints - Prints may be purchased directly from our online viewing galleries after the wedding. Fees vary based upon print type, print paper and size. Prints start at $1.00 and up plus shipping. Please view our online galleries for current pricing. All clients will receive the CD with complete prints and are not required to purchase prints from us. They may take the CD and get prints done anywhere.

Albums - Coffee table albums may be purchased prior to the wedding or up to one month after the wedding. Rates start at $350 & up. Rates vary based upon size, book type, details and more. Please call for a quote.

Additional Copies - Additional copies of the photography CD may be purchased for $35 each additional plus shipping if applicable.

Photography Slideshows - Slideshow rates start at $350 and up. Please call for a quote.

Other Services

Being that we work within the wedding industry we do know various quality ministers and would be happy to supply one for you. However, we are not coordinators and at no time will act as your wedding planner or coordinator.

Minister or Wedding Officiant Service - Customized ceremony, ceremonial marriage certificate and post-processing of your marriage license. $200

Other Fees

Meal - Clients are required to supply a meal service to photographers and videographers for any shoot lasting four hours or more as well as provide 15 minutes to eat.

Parking - Clients are responsible for covering all parking fees and driving tolls when applicable.

Tax - Clients are required to pay the Hawaii State G.E. tax of 4.712% on all services.

Inter-Island Travel Fees - We are based on the island of Oahu. For inter-island weddings we require roundtrip air on Hawaiian Airlines (about $150 - $200 roundtrip), 24 hour car rental (About $75) and one night hotel stay at a nearby hotel (about $125). Total cost is about usually about $325 - $400. This is ideal for half day or full day shoots is still much more cost effective than many other photographers rates.

Travel Fees - We rarely charge any on island travel fees for weddings on Oahu. We will only do this when travel is deemed excessive such as traveling from Waikiki to Kahuku and other distance locations. Travel fees average $50 - $100 per vendor depending upon time, distance and length of shoot. Again, this is rare so please be sure to ask.
