*Outer island rates include services listed as well as a twenty four hour car rental and roundtrip airfare for one photographer to the selected island and returning to Oahu. If the shoot extends beyond 8:30 PM clients will need to provide one night hotel accommodation in addition to any agreed upon fees or rates.

Note
$175 authorizes the photographer to use the images in her portfolio, print, website and other Medias. The $250 includes a non-disclosure/publication agreement so that images cannot be used on our website, promotional material or in our portfolio. The higher rate ensures privacy.
Trade & Barter - Exchange
Services may be available in exchange for trade/barter for your items & services. While it is very rare that we accept a trade offer, when we have in the past they have worked out very well. We are open to this discussion should you have a product or service that we need. Please call to discuss if interested in exploring this option.
Ala Carte Coverage*
Ala Carte coverage includes coverage time, unlimited color shots taken and CD with print rights. Digital enhancements, black & whites and online viewing are not included. $250 Per Hour $150 Per Half Hour

Additional Fees
*Parking fees and/or parking validation are not included and required when applicable. We request that clients supply us with a meal service and fifteen minute brake for all jobs that are five hours or more in length.
Neighbor Island Travel Fees
We travel to most Hawaiian Islands. Rates indicated include services and airfare. Hotel accommodations for overnight stays are not included and are in addition to the listed rate.
