Easy, Affordable and Flexible Payment Options

A 25% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the event date before the first photo is taken. Services will not begin until payment is made in full. These are the terms you enter into at the time of booking. However, payment options are available upon request with advance notice.

 

Payment Options

You can pay the 25% retainer at the time of booking, an additional 25% before the first photo is taken and the remaining balance can be paid off with a pre-planned payment schedule after the wedding. However, no images will be posted online or released in any way until the final balance is paid in full. You have a maximum of 3 months after your event to pay off your balance. After 3 months, the images will be deleted and payment will not be refunded.

 

Unexpected Financial Hiccups

Once you pay your initial 25% retainer, you can pay the rest of your balance at your own convenience at any time before the event day. So you can pay a little here and a little there as needed. However, if you do run into financially difficulty, don't worry. As long as 50% or more of the payment is made, I'll still capture the wedding. I simply won't post any images online or release any of the images in any way until the final balance is paid in full. Payment in full should be made no later than 90 days after the event. We will work with you the best we can but we believe 3 months is more than enough time for those truly committed to paying off their balance. If you do need longer, please communicate with us and we'll see what we can do to help.
